Spiritual Gifts!!! Mike Morales  is right in the middle of the DESIGN series, exploring our God given DESIGN for our life. He has been talking with Ignition and looking at the PURPOSE of Gifts, spent some time FINDING our Gifts and starting to USE them. God has given followers of Him the Gifts to build up the church and Glorify Him!!! Go has made all of use in different ways and He did that on purpose. We all have a reason to be here…no one is here by chance. If you claim to be a believer in Christ and everything He did on the cross…you have Gifts that you need to be using!

3For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you. 4Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, 5so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. 6We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. If a man’s gift is prophesying, let him use it in proportion to his faith. 7If it is serving, let him serve; if it is teaching, let him teach; 8if it is encouraging, let him encourage; if it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously; if it is leadership, let him govern diligently; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully. Romans 12:3-8

IGNITION started a new series this week! D.E.S.I.G.N. is the title and our HOPE is that the students at IGNITION discover their Godly D.E.S.I.G.N. for their life.



Being in High School you have to know that you have so much change in your life ahead of you. Even from your Freshman year to your Senior year, you are going to change a ton. BUT…God has give you Desires deep down inside of you that you cannot resist. These Desires are things that you LOVE to do and they come naturally to you. What is that one thing in the morning that you wake up thinking about? What is that one thing that you live for? YES, Jesus is who we live for but what on this crazy earth gets you going???



God knew us before we were a TWINKLE in our parents eyes. God knew how we would sound, what we would look like, what we would smell like, what we would love and hate…God KNOWS us!



1O LORD, you have searched me and you know me. 2You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. 3You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways. 4Before a word is on my tongue you know it completely, O LORD. 13For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. 14I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. 15My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, 16your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. Psalm 139:1-4,13-16



God LOVES you more than you  think or know! He has been caring for you forever! He sent His only Son to dies for you! He has DESIGNed you a certain way and given you certain Desires in life. How are you going to GLORIFY Him with the Desires that He has given you?
